Subscriptions are handled through Apple or Google, not us. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Vocable. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Heads up: just deleting the app won't cancel it.

Yep. Once a language pack is downloaded, you can keep learning on a plane, on the subway, anywhere. If you have cloud sync turned on, your progress catches up the next time you're online.

Open the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Reset progress. That clears your review history on this device. If cloud sync is on, the reset syncs to your other devices too.

Settings → Account → Delete account. That permanently removes your account and any data we have in the cloud. There's no undo, so make sure that's what you want before you tap it.

Yes. French is live now, and Spanish is up next. After that we're looking at German and Italian. If there's a language you're hoping for, send us an email — we read every single one.

Open the app, head to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that bought it, you'll be set.
